At EDGE MAN™, every piece is carefully crafted. If, despite this, an item doesn't suit you, here is our return policy for our men's clothing and accessories:

Withdrawal period

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged

  • It must be returned in its original condition , with all tags still attached

  • The original packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items worn, washed or returned without tags

  • Personalized products ( e.g., embroidery on demand, capsule edition)

  • Any request made beyond the withdrawal period

Return procedure

  1. Contact us by email at: edgemanshop@gmail.com

  2. Indicate:

    • Your order number

    • The product concerned

    • The reason for return

  3. Our customer service will send you the return address.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed to:

    • A full refund

    • Or an exchange , whichever you prefer

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or in the event of an error on our part .

Refund

  • The refund is made via the same payment method used when ordering.

  • Estimated time : between 5 and 10 working days after receipt of the return

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a supporting photo .
